What is AI setup for a small business?
Heyy! You've probably heard loads about AI and have no idea where to start. Totally fair. I do it for you.
I set up Claude around your business, so it can help with the jobs that eat your week, like replying to enquiries, writing updates, planning content and sorting your admin. No tech skills needed. I do the clever bit and you just use it.
How it works
1. The AI business audit
You fill in a short survey about how your business runs. I read every answer, ask you a few tailored follow-up questions (never more than 8), then send you a written report showing where Claude could save you time, what I'd start with, and what it would cost. You're not committing to anything else by booking it. The audit starts from £250 for one person (launch price £150).
2. The Claude set-up
Happy with the plan? I set Claude up properly, using your prices, your tone of voice and your examples, then send you clear, simple instructions for using it. If anything isn't working as agreed, I fix it free for 2 weeks (4 weeks for teams). Set-up is priced per job, from £100 for a simple one, and your audit fee comes off it.
3. Monthly AI support (only if you want it)
Businesses change, so I keep your set-up working as yours does. I add new workflows, keep your instructions up to date and send a short written update each month. It's optional and starts from £75 a month.
How much does the AI audit cost?
Pick the one that fits your business. It's a one-off fee, paid in full before I start. If you book set-up within 30 days of getting your report, your audit fee comes off your set-up price, up to half of the set-up total.

Why bands? Your price is based on how many people will actually use Claude, not your total headcount. If you sit on the line or run lots of tools and roles, I may move you up a band, and I'll always tell you before we start. Launch prices are 40% off, for the first month only and for 6 spots. The audit is paid in full before I start.

If you run the whole thing yourself
You're doing the work, the admin, the emails, the posting and the invoices, and you're stretched SO thin. You don't need another thing to learn, you need your time back. Time to work on the parts of your business you actually love, or to switch off and spend it with family, or with yourself. I set up Claude to take the repetitive jobs off your plate, so you get your evenings and weekends back.
If you run a small or medium-sized team
You've got good people, but too much of their week goes on repeat jobs, back and forth and things that get stuck. I set Claude up around how your team really works, so everyone does things the same way, new starters get up to speed faster and the busywork shrinks. That means more of your team's time goes on the work that moves your business forward.

Claude is an AI assistant made by a company called Anthropic. You can ask it to write, plan, summarise and organise things, a bit like having a very quick helper. I'm not part of Anthropic, and I set it up around your business.
