Email Marketing Management
Strategic email marketing that keeps your brand front of mind and turns subscribers into customers.
While social media helps people discover your business, email marketing helps you stay connected with the people who already know, like and trust you.
For experience-led brands, that might mean inspiring subscribers to book their next trip, reminding past customers to book again, filling spaces on an upcoming tour, promoting seasonal offers, or simply staying front of mind until they're ready to buy.
The problem? Most businesses know they should be emailing their audience but never quite get around to it.
That's where I come in.
I'll plan, write, design and manage your email marketing, helping you stay consistently connected with your audience without adding another task to your to-do list.
How It Works
Get in Touch
1
We'll start with a quick chat or email to understand your business, goals and what support you're looking for. From there, I'll recommend the most suitable package for your needs.
Onboarding & Strategy
If you'd like to go ahead, we'll begin onboarding, which typically takes around two weeks. During this time you'll sign your management agreement and pay the onboarding fee (£450 one-off). I'll then:
Connect to your email platform accounts
Set up your shared Asana email calendar
Research your business, audience and competitors
Create your email marketing strategy
Develop your first month's email plan
Provide guidance on the content / info you'll need to send over
2
Content Creation & Posting
Once you've approved your strategy and provided your content, your first monthly management invoice will be issued. I'll then create your email, send it for approval, and schedule it across your chosen email platform.
3
Reporting & Next Steps
Each month you'll receive a performance report with insights, key results and recommendations for the month ahead.

What's The Difference Between Short-Form Emails & Newsletters?
Short-Form Emails
Short-form emails focus on one key topic, campaign or message.
These are designed to be quick to read and action.
Examples include:
• Promoting a specific tour, trip or experience
• Highlighting a seasonal offer
• Launching a new service
• Sharing your top destinations for summer
• Promoting an upcoming event
• Driving traffic to a particular webpage
Think of these as focused marketing emails with a clear purpose and call-to-action.
Newsletters
Newsletters are longer-form emails made up of multiple sections.
Rather than focusing on one topic, they bring together a range of updates, stories and insights in a single email.
Examples might include:
• A customer success story or testimonial
• Featured trips, experiences or services
• Travel inspiration or destination highlights
• Industry news or updates
• Helpful tips and advice
• Recent blog posts
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Team updates
Newsletters are ideal for building stronger relationships with your audience and providing ongoing value.
